Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors
Stands
Under no circumstances must anything be nailed, screwed or glued to the shell scheme panels or metal framework of the stand. All damage will be charged to the exhibitor at full replacement cost.
Name Boards
Exhibitors booking a shell scheme stand should complete the fascia board form from Anchor Exhibitions. Trestle table stands will not be issued with a name board.
Corner Sites
All corner sites will be open to the gangways with fascias and name boards to the perimeters of the stand.
Island sites
Island sites will have fascias to the perimeter of the stand with ceiling supports and vertical uprights but no panels.
Ancillary Fittings
Should you require any additional walling, reinforced panels, shelving, counters or other ancillary items please contact Anchor Exhibitions as early as possible.
Liability
Exhibitors are required to carry their own liability and goods insurance. Whilst all due precautions are taken, Living North can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to products or persons during the event.
Health and Safety
All exhibitors must ensure the safety of everyone who is associated with their stand and those persons who may be affected by the activities carried out therein.
All electrical appliances must be PAT tested. Exhibitors whose appliances are not PAT tested or are considered unsafe will be asked to remove the appliances.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% of the stand price is payable on acceptance. Confirmation of the stand will not be made until payment is received. The balance must be paid by the due date. Living North reserve the right to reallocate the stand if necessary. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VISITORS
Cancelled Bookings, Lost, Forgotten or Unused Tickets
No duplicate can be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused admission tickets or members/guest badges.
Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event
No refunds will be made on the day. In the event of cancellation or abandonment, money paid in respect of advance bookings, or a logical proportion thereof will be refunded on the return to The Living North Christmas Fair events team of tickets/passes which could not be used because of cancellation or abandonment.
Refunds will only be made in respect of any day that is wholly abandoned before the start. Please send tickets stating full name and address of sender and, if different from that of sender, the full name and address of the purchaser to:

Disclaimer of Liability
All tickets and hospitality packages are sold subject to The Living North Christmas Fair events team reserving the right to refuse admission to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain at the racecourse, and shall not be required to give any reason for such action. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are responsible, neither the Living North events team, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, illness, loss, damage, injury to visitors or their cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
